Return Policy
 
We will replace any defective items.
You, the customer, will package the item and then address it to the address listed below. 
 
You will need to email us at thearillottagroup@yahoo.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  The RMA # must be written on the outside of box.  There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem.  Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.  Remember, no returns without an RMA number.

Once a return is received, we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the request.  Refunds will be issued to you in the form of merchandise credit to be used on your next order.  We will email you once the return has been processed to inform you of the status of the return.  The Arillotta Group does not pay for shipping on returned items.
